Technical Committee on Culture (TCC):

The Technical Committee on Culture (TCC) announces an Open Call for Collaborative Art Projects 2026 to support the production and implementation of  collaborative joint artistic projects proposed by between Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot artists and cultural workers across the island of Cyprus. The programme aims to foster shared cultural exploration, social dialogue, and sustainable artistic partnerships. 

The Open Call welcomes proposals across all artistic disciplines, including but not limited to: Visual arts, Photography, Music, Performance, Theatre, Dance, Literature, Filmmaking, and Folk art.
